You will need a valid picture ID, the first time you perform a transaction plus proof of your address. This will be recorded in our secure databases. Your customer number is your cellphone or telephone number. It is a unique id to you. For sending amounts over $1500 you will need 2 forms of valid picture ID such as a passport and drivers license.

Customer ServiceIt is our aim to provide an excellent and professional service to our clients. Please address any complaints to the Manager, 47 Dundonald St., Hamilton if you feel that the service you received is not first class.
A confirmation is provided to you that the transaction has been made which contains a unique confirmation number that you will provide to your receiver. They will use this number with their picture ID to receive cash at their location.
Out of Hours TransactionsIf you need to send a transaction in an emergency and you are an existing client, please text 705-2274 and we will be happy to transact for you.
Reversals, Errors or Lost TransactionsIf you wish to reverse your transaction, this can be performed so long as the transaction has not been collected. You will be refunded the amount sent and the Moneygram fee.
If the receiver’s name is spelt incorrectly this can be changed over the telephone at the location where you transacted. The confirmation number will remain the same.
If you lose your confirmation number, we will be happy to provide you with the number of the transaction.
